Our signature, Deadly Futures Training and Employment Expo is returning in 2025
Walk with us
Overview
In 2024, the journey of empowerment and opportunity continues as we proudly announce the re-launch of the Deadly Futures Training and Employment Expo in Redfern, Sydney.
Building on the legacy of the first “Deadly Futures” Jobs Expo, this event is set to provide a platform for First Nations young people to gather to learn and collaborate across education, training, and employment opportunities.
Our vision
The Deadly Futures Training and Employment Expo is not just an event; it's a movement - with a focus on indigenous-led design and delivery.
Our aim is to attract 1,200 students from across Australia, engaging with 100 schools and 30 industry partners, creating a vibrant network of opportunity and growth.
Get involved
We invite schools, students, industry partners, and community members to join us in the launch of the event, as well as efforts to ensure the team is able to run this initiative annually. Your participation and support are crucial in 'closing the gap' and contributing to the vision of empowering the next generation to thrive as they transition from school to employment.
